A 30 Days Focused Approach to help you gain control of your body by releasing tight area, controlling unstable ones and working the entire body with weekly progressions.
No matter where you are starting from, I will cover progressions and adaptations for all levels. Requires no previous flexibility-training experience and it's suitable even for those stiff bodies!
